Rates and availability
We offer a monthly Membership rate as well as an Ad Hoc rate. While both options allow room users to make one-off bookings as well as ongoing weekly bookings, Members pay a lower hourly rate. Clinical trainees enjoy a 50% discount on rates.
Room membership
Monthly membership fee: £136.00* for 16 hours.
(If you are likely to use 14 hours or more, membership offers better value and is the more cost-effective option.)
£8.00 for every additional hour.
Ad-hoc bookings
Hourly room rate for therapy rooms: £9.95.
Hourly room rate for meeting room: £18.00.
No time slot or room booking restrictions. No ongoing cost. Pay for the hours you book. Invoiced in arrears at the end of each month.
Trainees
Clinical trainees (of SIP & all other institutes) are offered a 50% discount on both Membership and Ad Hoc room rates for the first 16 hours booked per calendar month.
SIP clinical trainees also benefit from exclusive use of Consulting Room 6 free of charge for up to 6 hours per week.
